  • Our Customer Service Team on hand to help with queries
FAQs
How will I know where to sit?
Seats not in use are marked clearly with signs. There will be signs on both the outside and inside of your bus, showing the maximum capacity and the full seating plan.

How will I know how many seats are available?
You can track your bus and view it's current capacity on the McGill's app. Select your bus stop in the Explore section, then Track Buses and then click on the bus. The McGill's app is free to download from the App and Android store.

What happens if the bus is full?
Should the bus you are waiting on reach capacity, it will operate one off, one on. Our driver will always stop to let you know when the next bus is due. We will have extra buses on standby, should they be required.
