Please provide as much detail as you can - this will allow us to provide a response as quickly as possible. You will receive an automated email from our customer services team in the first instance, to confirm receipt of your email.

You can also complete our short form at the bottom of the page that you can use to get in touch with our Customer Services team. 

Our customer services team is available to call free Monday - Friday from 7am to 8pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm. If you get in touch in relation to a specific incident or service - please provide as much information as you can, such as the date and time you may have boarded, the location of the incident, the service number or bus fleet number. Some of this information is available on your bus ticket. As much information as possible will speed up our investigation.
