Closure of M8 between junctions 21-24
Just a heads-up that the M8 will be closed between Junction 24 Helen Street and Junction 21 Seaward Street from Saturday 7 November at 6:00pm through to Sunday 8 November 2026 at 1:00pm.
During this time, you may experience some delays on services 901, 906, X7 and X23, as well as services 21, 23, 26, 38, 124 and 153. As you can imagine, with the motorway closed, surrounding roads are likely to get a little busier than usual as drivers look for alternative routes.
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding!
