Our Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. If you get in touch in relation to a specific incident or service - please provide as much information as you can, such as the date and time you may have boarded, the location of the incident, the service number or bus fleet number. Some of this information is available on your bus ticket. As much information as possible will speed up our investigation.
