Our Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. If you get in touch in relation to a specific incident or service - please provide as much information as you can, such as the date and time you may have boarded, the location of the incident, the service number or bus fleet number. Some of this information is available on your bus ticket. As much information as possible will speed up our investigation.
Please provide as much detail as you can - this will allow us to provide a response as quickly as possible. You will receive an automated email from our customer services team in the first instance, to confirm receipt of your email.

If you have left something behind on one of our buses, please provide as much information as you can including your lost item, which bus you were travelling on and the date & time of your journey.
