A bigger timetable starting this summer for Clyde Flyer 901 and 906
From 13 May, we’re introducing a new timetable on the popular Clyde Flyer 901 and 906 between Glasgow, Greenock and Largs.
We’ll continue to run every 15 mins for much of the day but now with more buses during evenings and Sundays, and to help at busier times.
Here’s the highlights:
- Double the buses on Sundays: every 30 mins Glasgow-Greenock-Largs
Buses on the 901 and 906 will each run every hour, meaning we’ll be running every 30 mins along the shared sections of route
- Extra buses every 15 mins Greenock-Lunderston Bay
We know how busy we get along the coast between Greenock, Gourock and Lunderston Bay, so we’ll add extra buses along this section, meaning you’ll have a bus every 15 mins all day, Monday to Saturday
- Last bus from Glasgow 11pm Thu/Fri/Sat
Make the most of those summer nights, we’ll now run extra departures at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm from Glasgow to Greenock/Gourock on Clyde Flyer 901.
Remember, as well as great value fares on board and on the McGill’s app, you can use Clyde Flyer for free with your NEC or Young Scot card if you’re over 60 or under 22.
